Sales Operations Analyst at SendBird

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help power SendBird’s Sales organization. As a core member of the Foundations team, this detail oriented and process driven person will work cross-functionally and support all efforts that promote and optimize overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales team. 


Drive data integrity efforts, monitor systems and data entry procedures to ensure data hygiene.

Monitor data and performance of the wide sales organization to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; resolve data quality issues if necessary.

Support, maintain and continuously improve adoption of sales tech stack.

Be the primary contact for individual contributors within the US Sales organization.

Assist in preparing reporting and analysis updates. Leverage data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance and product) to ensure successful sales processes.

Ad-hoc analyses.


1.5-3 years of experience in Sales Operations:

Must have B2B tech experience, ideally with high-growth SaaS companies.

Must have a good knowledge of sales processes.

Highly proficient in

Highly proficient with Excel/Google sheets, PowerPoint/Google slides.

Hand-on experience with sales tech stack, especially sales engagement platforms (SalesLoft, Outreach and etc.)

Technically savvy for key sales applications.

Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to align multiple stakeholders. 

Bachelor’s degree
