Global Sales Development Manager at SendBird

We’re looking for a leader to run our sales development efforts globally. This person needs to have experience building, hiring, training and developing a motivated sales development team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Develop a detailed strategy for outbound prospecting as well as for converting inbound activity into revenue.

Responsible for identifying revenue opportunities and setting qualified meetings that convert to sales opportunities.

Help develop talent to advance with their desired career progression and to meet goals.

Demonstrated ability in multiple markets with repeatable success.

Experience selling to more technical audiences is a big plus.

Experience working with a dispersed team will also be a major advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS

Looking for strong leaders and someone excited to step in and lead by example!

At least 5 years of managing a team of SDRs

Minimum 10 years of sales experience.

Must be metrics driven.

Must be able to develop KPI’s to track success and intervene where necessary.

Must be able to build and manage global teams.

Must have global experience, EMEA and APAC a plus

Bachelors Degree desired.
