Job Duties:

A Solutions Consultant’s (SC) role is to assist the Sales Rep with process of initiating and completing a sale.  The SC focuses on the technical demonstration, explanation, & business value delivered by the Suplari Solutions.  The details of their responsibilities are as follows:

Drive customer discovery with Sales

Drive business problem identification and solution mapping

Demo the product

Assist in maintaining the demo environments

Develop the business value case

Develop presentation and marketing materials as needed to support prospect efforts

Coordinate with product marketing and engineering to help identify and prioritize product gap and emerging trends from prospective customers

Transition completed sales to customer success

Develop POC proposals

Manage and Execute multiple simultaneous POCs

Project manage multiple efforts

Manage customer expectations

Complete data prep:

Execute data upload processes

Execute data cleansing processes

Execute supplier normalization process

Execute spend categorization process

Configure Suplari instances

Review data and manually identify insights

Manage user access

Train users

Support users during the POC process
