The right candidate will be a quick study, adapts well to changes, thinks on their feet while

having a clear handle on their data and critical KPI's. Our prospects are excited to learn about

our offering and only need some basic education to convert. Our ideal candidate will be a team

player within a team of seasoned sales professionals. The best candidate will kick doors down

and aggressively drive the next steps. Great candidates can establish an instant rapport with

prospects and make appointments for Account Executives to provide demonstrations. The right

candidate will call hot, warm, luke-warm and ice-cold leads using several resources and they will

have the freedom to reach out for more. Our ideal BDR must have an innovative work attitude,

competitive spirit with a team mentality. The best candidate will work alongside some of the best

leaders in Texas.

Responsibilities:

Set sales meetings and discovery calls at Enterprise targets.

Making strategic phone calls, writing/sending emails and identifying leads

Having informative and productive conversations to high-quality prospects

Participate in special projects and assignments

Requirements:

SaaS Sales experience

Experience in heavy phone and email prospecting

CRM data entry and reporting basics

Must be able to handle objections on the fly and pivot conversations as necessary

Smart and engaging email copywriter

Competitive Personality

Interest or expertise in the Virtual Reality market including VR gaming and business

applications for VR.
