As the Head of Marketing you will oversee all aspects of Entelo’s marketing -- balancing long-term brand building and strategy with short-term revenue wins. Partnering with the CEO on the strategic vision, you will create a comprehensive marketing plan focusing on product marketing, brand building and pipeline generation through various digital marketing strategies. You will shape the positioning, messaging, and sales and marketing enablement for our entire suite of recruiting products, which includes both technology and services. . 

What you’ll be doing:

Assume responsibility for the company brand, product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, marketing operations, and all communications

Develop the messaging, positioning and marketing materials for every Entelo product and drive alignment across sales, customer success, product and marketing

Create training and collateral for teams on messaging, product capabilities, market landscape and competitors

Support demand generation and content marketing campaigns with expertly crafted content that speaks to target personas

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to make recommendations on segmentation and targeting strategies

Be the expert on our market and buyers - how they buy, their buying criteria and opportunities to offer new products and enter new markets

Continue to build credibility for Entelo as a visionary/thought leader in the recruiting technology marketplace, evangelizing to market influencers as well as prospects and customers

Your background:

8+ years software marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS 

Extensive experience leading the strategic vision and execution of a full marketing function

Experience building and elevating a brand’s profile and reputation with different audiences 

Experience assessing market needs and developing launch plans to bring products and/or changes to the market 

Passionate about B2B products and understands how to clearly communicate value proposition to drive user adoption and engagement

Excellent communication skills 

Background in HR, TA or recruiting technology is a plus
