About the Role

As a CRM expert, you will be responsible for developing the roadmap, defining business requirements, identifying issues, providing recommendations and performing configuration for Salesforce and other revenue tools. You will manage integration of Sales intelligence and productivity tools with Salesforce. You will also manage day-to-day operations of the systems including admin, user support and other needs. You will work with sales, marketing, support, finance, product management and operations teams to build and enhance revenue systems and tools based on internal/external customer needs. The ideal candidate must possess a unique blend of business and technical acumen, can develop a big-picture vision and has the drive to make that vision a reality. 


Build and manage system architecture and roadmap that continuously improve our Salesforce CRM platform through its lifecycle

Partner with cross-functional business teams to design and deliver CRM solutions on time, within budget and allocated resources

Continually improve capabilities of revenue systems and tools to enhance productivity

Develop performance metrics and monitor/report them continually 

Develop a strong discipline in change management and development cycles and find ways to improve

Lead implementation, integration and adoption of other revenue intelligence and productivity tools

Identify and recommend areas within’s sales process that can be improved via system enhancements and automation

Lead and attend revenue systems project related meetings and be the functional point of contact

Manage user support and administration 

Research and analyze new relevant technologies and potential applications to the business


5+ years in developing and deploying CRM solutions in Salesforce (certification a plus)

5-8 years working in a technical capacity, preferably specializing in sales productivity tools

In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the

Experience deploying/maintaining Salesforce at growth stage SaaS enterprises

Experience managing contractors

Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Self-starter, able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally, prioritize effectively and perform under minimal supervision
