SENIOR USER ACQUISITION MANAGER, ASIA at Smule

POSITION DUTIES:

This position will lead the development, planning and execution of user acquisition strategies for Smule apps globally. You will be responsible for hitting aggressive user and revenue growth goals. This position reports directly to the VP of Growth and works cross-functionally with Product, Content Marketing, Creatives, Finance, Analytics and Engineering teams on strategic company initiatives. This position requires a deeply analytical and data-driven mindset, with knowledge of product marketing techniques and App store optimization.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development, planning and execution of user acquisition marketing strategies for Smule apps to maximize ROI and drive profitable growth

Own acquisition performance while leading strategic, high-volume experimentation on all key current and potential user acquisition channels.

Lead budget management across global markets, monitor LTV and ROI performance trends; work with Finance on user and revenue forecasting

Translate and effectively communicate Smule’s product and features into benefits for users, in a clear, customized, and differentiated way.

Translate and test hypotheses formed from Smule’s positioning in ads and app store to drive insights and maximise conversion and retention rates

Run revenue & retention experiments and perform deep quantitative analyses using Excel and SQL

Work closely with our in-house creative team to develop new creatives based on set strategy, analysis and insights

Work cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Engineering and Analytics to support product launches, advance user acquisition tech stack or optimize landing pages

This position supervises a User Acquisition Associate.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in economics or analytics and 2 years of experience as user acquisition or marketing/product analyst. Skills required:

:Knowledge of principles and practices related to App Store Optimization

Knowledge of basic product marketing techniques and tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns, briefing, campaign planning, creative direction etc.)

Must have followed bachelor degree level classes in econometrics and quantitative methods

RATE OF PAY: $114,442.00 PER YEAR. The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.

HOURS: 40hrs/week. 9 am to 5 pm.
