Role Description
As the Director, New Business, you will take the lead in defining, developing, and operationalizing new business opportunities that allow us to better serve our large and growing patient base.
Reporting to the COO, you will lead cross functional teams working together to accelerate and bring to market new business opportunities for the company. Ultimately your efforts will explore and create new value for our patients and company.


    • Rapidly accelerate Pill Club’s entry into new markets through strategic and efficient business and operations planning
    • Embrace sometimes big and ambiguous ideas from senior leadership and put strategy and structure around them
    • Together with our marketing team, bring consumer insights into focus and identify business opportunities
    • Prioritize and efficiently test new business initiatives, culminating in clear strategies to launch and scale operations
    • Champion a compelling set of resources to position new businesses for maximum success
    • Operationalize new business opportunities in collaboration with major stakeholders across the company like medical, marketing and engineering teams
    • Bring a thoughtful approach to building strong relationships and building influence across a complicated organization
    • Clearly communicate wins and successes as well as risks, roadblocks, and deal breakers
    • Inspire passion for our mission across the company


    • 8+ years of business experience, ideally with some experience in healthcare
    • Proven ability in launching something new (a business, service, or product)Entrepreneurial self starter with a positive attitude and curiosity to discover what’s possible
    • Highly analytical and data driven, modeling experience is required
    • Business athlete who delights in wearing many hats, the ideal candidate will have a diversity of experience that informs how they evaluate and launch business ideas
    • High integrity team player
    • Master of prioritization and multi-tasking, with a bias to action
    • Resilience and ability to move on to the next idea if the last one didn’t work out
    • 2+ years of management consulting experience preferred; product management experience a plus
    • Track record of ambition and excellence through educational and professional endeavors
