 About the Role

The Revenue Operations team at Highspot is at the intersection of marketing, account development, sales, services, and finance. Revenue Enablement and Revenue Operations work together to strategically and proactively optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of our go-to-market teams. Our work is imperative to driving consistent and scalable growth.

We are growing fast and are looking for an individual contributor to help build a world-class Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate for this position will take an innovative, creative approach to designing processes and delivering solutions. The person we’re looking for will be collaborative, systematic, and analytical when solving problems. This person will have the ability to quickly pivot between brainstorming, strategy, and execution based on the internal audience. They will be resilient, resourceful and tenacious when working cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will passionate about leading and developing individuals and teams.

What You’ll Do

        In this role as Business Program Manager, you will perform current state analysis, project management, and other operational support with teams across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

         Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
        Organizes and synthesizes large amounts of information provided by stakeholders.
        Develops business analysis artifacts to document both current and desired future state requirements with change management plans as they pertain to specific projects and/or functional areas.
        Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
        Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team (crew); establishing budget.
        Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
