About the Role
 
The Account Development Representative Internship Program (ADR Intern) gives unique exposure to our company, the technology industry and a sales career path. This opportunity is intended to develop and strengthen the necessary sales skills and technical knowledge including systems, tools and process to be successful in pursuing a career path as an Account Development Representative.

What You'll Do

        Learn about Highspot’s values and culture, meet and learn from our leaders.
        Develop and strengthen your sales skills and hone your technical skills. 
        Regular on-on-one coaching and personal development with leadership.
        Achieve an understanding of the company, the technology industry, our unique sales approach and our platform’s benefits and features in order to effectively articulate the Highspot value proposition, while gathering information about prospect needs to help them achieve and exceed their business goals.
        Research and network to identify the right people to approach within Target Accounts; the members of the buying team and its key influencers.
        Strategically coordinate personalized, multi-channel, multi-threaded, outbound activities to target various buying personas and create high-value opportunities in Target Accounts; email, phone, LinkedIn, Twitter and other social platforms.
        Wrap up your experience with a Final Project that you will present to leadership. (Projects vary accordingly to business needs to create the greatest impact).
