About the Job: 

 

As the Senior Director, Business Development at LiveIntent you will focus on identifying and building unique partnerships that we can build for our Identity graph and overall business. This is an opportunity to help build a critical part of our core solutions by working with small niche companies to the biggest companies in strategic negotiations and contracts. This individual is results driven, has the ability to influence teams and works efficiently to get results and make things happen, especially as we enter the new first party, cookieless, world. The successful candidate is able to explain how the technology can be employed to solve business problems and can communicate well with any audience from developers to executives. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Proactively and continuously identify, develop and refine partnership strategy for long-term revenue growth and client retention 
  • Focus on strategic corporate development responsibilities to build a enterprise-level approach to centrally identify and prioritize non-standard strategic, enterprise partnerships
  • Collaborate with many cross-functional teams such as sales, sales engineering, and product to ensure technical solutions meet client needs as well as act as the POC for legal and billing
  • Work directly with senior leaders on special projects that are key to the operational success of the company
  • Advise and assist with integrations and tests with other Adtech systems and data management platforms
  • Provide a clear understanding of of clients needs,business specifics and solutions 
  • Ensure product readiness and assist in guiding products by collaborating closely with product/engineering to make sure we have the right solutions for our initiatives 
  • Provide feedback on product enhancements and features to meet client and industry needs
  • Participate on and advise our Business Development and Sales teams during the sales cycle

 

Qualifications:

 

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a business development or sales role in Adtech, preferably with DSPs or Agency’s 
  • Strong client-facing communication skills; ability to explain technical capabilities to CEO’s, Directors and CTO's
  • Experience with data providers both from targeting, attribution and analytics standpoint
  • Experience with cross-device identity data and data onboarding services preferred
  • Strong understanding of strategic enterprise partnerships and the contracting process
  • Remarkably strategic, driven, and highly entrepreneurial
  • Ability to actively drive problems to resolution
  • Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
  • Insightful, innovative and adapts well to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
