Accounting Clerk at LiveIntent

About the Job:

LiveIntent is looking for an organized and efficient Accounting Clerk with a keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy, to join the Accounting Team. This individual will assist with various accounting tasks which include record keeping and maintenance, account reconciliation, and ad hoc reporting requests. As an Accounting Clerk you will also be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with external vendors and internal key stakeholders to complete relevant accounting based tasks. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and have excellent communication skills. 



  • Produce a variety of reports including but not limited to income statements and balance sheets
  • Update ledgers, research, report, and resolve discrepancies found in records
  • Prepare checks, deposits, budgets, and financial reports
  • Maintain and update LiveIntent accounting databases to ensure accuracy and data integrity
  • Assist with communications to vendors, clients, and internal departments 



  • A minimum of 1 year relevant accounting experience
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of Accounting procedures and principles
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
