Head of Product Management at DarwinAI

Our core product – an award winning platform that accelerates deep learning in the enterprise using Explainable AI (XAI) – is in need of a gatekeeper. A dynamic individual operating at the precipice of the AI landscape to craft the future of AI development for equally dynamic organizations.

With the support of world-class researchers and talented engineers, you will spearhead our roadmap definition and product direction in a fluid and fast-moving market. You will unearth the nuances of deep learning developer end user journeys and the needs of B2B buyers in order to elevate our product as the defacto standard in its class.

It will be invigorating, challenging, and imminently rewarding.

The prose behind the poetry is below.

  • Cultivate, refine and own our GenSynth platform product and roadmap
  • Work with founders to help shape and refine our vision and strategy
  • Champion the needs of customers within the organization; provide the why behind their asks so our value prop truly resonates.
  • Work with our professional services organization to determine how users are really leveraging the platform. Define KPIs and metrics to track to help drive data-oriented decisions.
  • Balance strategic long-term roadmap ambitions with tactical short-term feature improvements.
  • Drive the execution of features from inception through launch and iteration based on customer feedback
  • Deliver requirements to engineering; stated with precision and prioritized across current and future customer needs.
  • Support key players in our enterprise sales processes.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager at an enterprise B2B company.
  • An understanding of enterprise infrastructure and ML development in the enterprise.
  • The desire to fully own the product and the responsibilities of such ownership (consensus-building, decision-making, collaboration, etc.).
  • A passion for harmonizing feedback from customers, stakeholders and teammates.
  • An emphatic disposition towards users – and laser focus on what they want and ultimately need.
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset; supporting decisions with data, comfortable with A/B testing tools, analytics tools, and other front-end tools.
  • Finally, the desire to exercise product management prowess in the exciting realm of Artificial Intelligence
