About the Role

As the Sr. Manager supporting our Enterprise and HRIS Systems you will be responsible for managing a team supporting our core corporate applications at Highspot. You will own our ERP, HRIS, Talent and key data infrastructure processes across the business. Supporting our best in class HR team and Workday you will help drive process improvement and automation to streamline performance, open enrollment and reporting processes. On the Finance/Accounting side you will support our Netsuite implementation driving system changes and automation to streamline our internal processes and support our rapid multinational growth. Collaborating across boundaries this role requires in depth knowledge of both HR and Finance processes to support our business partners and successfully drive large scale system and infrastructure initiatives.  
 
You have a strategic vision of how to automate processes in hyper growth companies and streamline operations. You bring enthusiasm and a customer centric attitude to everything you do. What You’ll Do

        Own our core internal SaaS applications working with our IT, HR, Finance, Accounting, Analytics and Executive teams.
        You will refine our infrastructure and business processes to support a global hypergrowth company pushing automation, streamlining workflows, and owning key corporate applications such as Netsuite and Workday.
        Serve as technical expert for all things Workday -- Engaging with external user groups to ensure that we are levering current and future Workday capabilities. Oversee the design of reports and provide analytics to relevant stakeholders.
        Drive adoption, optimization and transformation - Ensure we are fully leveraging Workday/Netsuite to meet strategic business needs and pursue continuous improvement in business processes, integration, automation, and user experience.
        Work with multiple stakeholders to help define business and systems requirements for new and existing technology implementations.
        Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of organization of our HRIS/ERP systems and associated ETL workflows.
        Build deep partnerships with HR and Finance/Accounting to execute from a systems perspective their business goals on a regular basis.
        As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior employees in various roles within the org, providing documentation, training, and leadership as required.

Your Background

        Experience in Netsuite with ARM, OneWorld, International/Multi-Subsidiary implementations required
        Experience in Workday with Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Time and Absence required
        Experience managing cross-system integrations/automations in an iPaaS like Boomi preferred
        Experience managing bolt-on solutions like Lever and CultureAmp preferred
        Experience managing complex cross functional teams and projects from inception to completion.
        Track record of supporting HR people and processes through sustained multinational hypergrowth
        Ability to manage Workday from a vision and roadmap perspective but also dive into the weeds and perform IC work when required.
