We’re looking for an experienced Content Strategist to help build a strategic, integrated content marketing program from the ground up. This individual will centralize content development across the organization, and write and edit content that supports all stages of the marketing funnel to drive brand awareness, pipeline, and revenue.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Build and deliver a content calendar based on an understanding of how content maps to the customer lifecycle 
    • Conduct online and primary research with in-house and external subject matter experts to understand key market trends, challenges, and opportunities that can be used to differentiate LeanData with our target market
    • Shape unique and engaging narratives that align to LeanData’s brand and product messages
    • Build all forms of content, ranging from whitepapers, ebooks, and case studies to infographics, webinars, newsletters, blogs, emails and website content, that reflect LeanData’s brand voice as an industry leader
    • Partner with key internal stakeholders including Growth, Customer Marketing, Communications, Customer Experience, and Product to ensure alignment
    • Support LeanData’s SEO strategy 
    • Measure content effectiveness for each content channel


    • Excellent writer with 5+ years of related marketing experience targeting C-level and lower level personas 
    • Analytic rigor with the ability to breakdown complex concepts into compelling storylines 
    • Superior editorial, communications and project management skills as well as exceptional attention to quality and detail
    • Strategic mindset who thinks out-of-the-box for ways to continually differentiate and stay ahead of market trends
    • A self-starter with the passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and under tight deadlines
    • Experience in a B2B start-up environment
