Sendbird is looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, curious, and hardworking Sales Enablement Specialist to join our growing Enablement Team! This role reports to the Global Sales Enablement Manager and will partner with the Regional Sales Enablement Managers and Heads of Sales. The Sales Enablement Specialist will have a strong aptitude for relationship development, enjoys coordinating logistical details, and is excited by supporting customer-facing teams in a thriving SaaS company. This role is a versatile position, and will gain exposure and responsibility to many aspects of business in a fast-paced environment. Your role will help to equip the customer-facing teams with the knowledge, tools, and process to succeed.


  • Support the sales hire onboarding program with activation of appropriate systems (i.e. Google Groups, SalesLoft, Highspot, Brainshark, etc.)
  • Coordinate scheduling logistics, communication, and execution for virtual training sessions (periodic new hire onboarding, monthly sales readiness training, and annual sales kick-off)
  • Assist in the development of sales and GTM training content and materials
  • Catalog and organize training content in our enablement and learning tools
  • Oversee the content database to assure the accuracy and freshness of content
  • Partner closely with our global sales team to keep them informed about new processes, operational updates, and best practices 
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales and customer support, and product teams
  • Assist Sales Enablement Managers with aspects of enablement programs and activities

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • 2+ years of related sales support/operations, or program management experience
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects and prioritizing multiple tasks concurrently
