Account Managers (”AMs”) are responsible for renewing and growing the revenue of our existing customers. AMs will be dedicated to help our customers achieve their objectives and overcome the challenges they have achieving these objectives. You’ll be one of the first Account Managers to join our team. Thus, you’ll also get the opportunity to structure a lot of the processes and systems we use and define the culture for future team members. 

What You Will Do

  • You’ll also own the ongoing relationship with customers to drive activation and engagement of all product features available
  • This is the perfect role for someone who wants to stay close to customers at a fast-moving startup
  • Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure customer is receiving value add for their key objectives and challenges
  • Focus on customer retention and managing the customer’s lifecycle including evaluate opportunities for upsell
  • Develop and execute insight driven, account plans in various territories

Experience and Skills

  • Experience in tech startup space in customer facing role
  • Experience in building relationships across complex organizations across multiple verticals
  • 5yrs+ customer facing experience in CSM/Sales etc
  • Strong experience working with technical products, preferably APIs
  • An ideal candidate will have relevant experience in account management or customer success in the API space
