CS Operations Coordinator at Turo

We’re looking for a world-class Operations Coordinator to join our Phoenix team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Customer Support Ops Managers as well as our Executive Support, Training, Content, and Vendor teams. You will collaborate with training and content to improve our training content and customer support workflows, positively impacting  our almost 300 in-house and outsourced agents. Additionally you will assist in our teams achievement of daily service goals and complete special projects, as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the training team to help build comprehensive training documentation
  • Assist in creating and editing process documents for key customer support workflows
  • Collaborate with content to ensure clear concise communications in macros and other documentation
  • Assist in daily monitoring of team performance
  • Produce status reports for ongoing projects 
  • Aid in communication to vendor teams regarding upcoming enhancements or changes
  • Represent Turo’s mission, vision and values with integrity and professionalism.
Requirements

  • Outstanding written communication skills required
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Past experience using a Learning Management System
  • Ability to work well both independently and cross-functionally
  • Experience using Zendesk or other CRM applications, and strong knowledge of Gmail, Google Docs, and Excel
  • Experience in a contact center setting preferred 
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required
  • Role is based in Phoenix
