Seeking Hungry, Interesting, Affable, Bilingual, Customer Success Representatives with a passion for taking care of our customers and who can properly introduce our value proposition and brand to existing customers across the United States and Canada.

The right candidate will be a quick study, adapts well to changes, thinks on their feet while having a clear handle on their data and critical KPI's. Our customers are excited to learn about our offering and only need some basic education to get started. Our ideal candidate will be a team player within a team of seasoned Customer Success professionals. The best candidate will be an engaged proactive customer advocate able to solve complex challenges and make sure our customers are utilizing and getting value from our platform. Great candidates can establish an instant rapport with our customers and build lasting relationships and trust. The right candidate will help our customers achieve and exceed their goals with our training. Our ideal CSR must have an innovative work attitude, competitive spirit with a team mentality. Responsibilities

  • Work with sales and our customers to schedule onboardings and effectively train our customers on our software and the current VR hardware
  • Respond in a timely professional manner to customer emails and phone calls
  • Proactively reach out to customers to share product updates and ideas to encourage use and adoption
  • Participate in special projects and assignments
  • Meet monthly or quarterly Sales and Retention targets

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years Customer Success or Account Management experience with a Saas product
  • Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • CRM data entry and reporting basics
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competitive Personality
  • Interest or expertise in the Virtual Reality market including VR gaming and business applications for VR
