Summary
Resilinc is seeking Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is well suited for an individual with an affinity for the technical side of marketing and sales. This is a unique opportunity to gain further training and experience with the latest technology trends. The Sales Coordinator will need to have a strong understanding of Cloud (SaaS) Sales, Sales Development & Enterprise business “best in class” tools and practices. Sales Coordinator will work closely with the CEO, the Executive leadership team, the Sales team as well as other partners across the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure order, clarity, consistency, style, and terminology are in accordance with set standards.
  • Manage Salesforce user requests, system troubleshooting, and system escalations.
  • Report and track the success of the messaging, content and cadence of the sales plays and adjust as needed to optimize results.
  • Responsible for determining and facilitating the required training for the various Sales teams to drive revenue acceleration.
  • Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status in Salesforce.
  • Participate in a go-to-market strategy to identify new opportunities and programs that drive attainment of Cloud revenue goals
  • Participate in team discussions where RFPs are analyzed by breaking down and interpreting the components to determine tactics and methodologies to meet customer's requirements.
  • Leverage internal resources to package and organize internal and external-facing content to be used by Sales throughout all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Support content creation for proposals and executive presentations.
  • Develop and maintain a technical repository of documents and proposals for future use.
  • Drive Sales Enablement / Training priorities and work with respective teams to program manage the scheduling and communication of enablement activities.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing on campaigns, as well as communications with partners and customers.
  • Support technical aspects of marketing (SEO, Google Ads).
  • Research and compile associated reference and training material for all related projects.
  • Help drive and implement operational projects to increase team efficiency.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and follow through action items as requested.
  • Working on other ad hoc projects as directed by the CEO.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years relevant experience in Sales Support functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Can prioritize tasks efficiently and have a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Strong presentation and graphical visualization skills (e.g. PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with other departments.
  • Excel in executing, establishing priorities, and meeting swift deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
