About the Job

The Healthcare Quality Analyst, Director will leverage Doctor on Demand’s unique data landscape to create insights into our quality performance, both internally and for our clients and potential clients. 

The Healthcare Quality Analyst, Director will primarily support Clinical Operations and Customer Success teams, and collaborate with other departments that require timely and accurate clinical quality insights.  The Healthcare Quality Analyst, Director will work collaboratively to develop and maintain analytical tools and practices for measuring and reporting clinical quality performance at the provider, practice, company and client level.



  • Provides thought leadership and direction as we grow our primary care and value-based care offerings via our industry leading Virtual Primary platform. 

  • Provides insights to executives and other stakeholders into our performance on key quality measures.

  • Collaborates with Clinical Operations, Marketing, academic partners and others in enabling the creation of white papers and research related to the clinical services we provide.

  • Responsible for establishing and measuring value-based care metrics. 

  • Maintains a library of performance metrics for sharing with current and prospective clients and/or to fulfill media requests and public relations efforts.

  • Maintains internal practice management and clinical quality reporting BI/Reporting platform (Looker), makes appropriate improvements. 

  • Helps shape the future of the company's  analytics environment. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Advanced skills using Business Intelligence tools like Looker or Tableau to publish enterprise dashboards and reports

  • Strong SQL skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment often involving competing priorities.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline

  • At least 5 years of experience performing analytics in a health insurer, healthcare provider or healthcare analytics setting

  • Knowledge of value-based care principles
