The marketing team is expanding to fuel the ongoing growth of the business. As Demand Generation Lead, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the company to create and implement high performing experiences. The ideal candidate will bring to the table past experiences orchestrating integrated campaigns across multiple channels including, but not limited to, paid media, social, email, and events to meet projected goals around marketing qualified leads and penetration within targeted accounts. You will build and manage our lead nurturing and re-engagement programs across digital ads, email, direct mail, chatbots, etc. and deliver content that delights our prospects and customers to drive conversion and revenue. To do this, you will need to be skilled in both planning and execution, able to work cross-functionally, and leverage internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver effective results. 


      • Build a multi-channel, multi-touch digital engagement strategy with a cross-functional team of marketers and vendors to execute campaigns that nurture leads and convert opportunities through various tactics including digital advertising, SEO, content, emails, direct mail, newsletters, and digital events.
      • Launch nurture programs in Marketo for each target personas.
      • Set-up optimized advertising programs on Google search, Rollworks, and Linkedin to drive leads and account engagements.
      • Implement tools and processes to deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports that monitor campaign budgets and performance.
      • Set up a regular cadence of collaboration with sales, customer success, and other marketing functions to build digital demand generation programs.
      • Partner with product marketing and content marketing to develop an annual content strategy that can be utilized to fuel advertising and nurture programs.
      • Experiment with new acquisition and engagement channels, both paid and organic, to diversify our lead generation efforts, optimize conversion rates, and expand the top of the funnel.


    • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles focused on B2B demand gen, paid acquisition, and executing full lifecycle marketing campaigns.
    • 3+ years experience with marketing automation platforms in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them using dynamic workflows into converted customers.
    • Experience working directly with sales teams to build pipeline and accelerate deals in the pipeline.
    • Experience with Salesforce, particularly with how it integrates with marketing automation platforms and various marketing tools.
    • Excellent writer and communicator with the ability to align that communication with the larger company tone.
    • Extremely organized, self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience with account-based marketing a plus.
