The ABM Campaign Coordinator will support pipeline generation targets and revenue growth from November 2020 - August 2021 by leading coordination and project management efforts of two to three ABM + Event Marketing  orchestrations

Responsibilities

    • Coordinate successful execution of ABM orchestrations with pristine organization, alignment and collaboration with leadership, sales, and marketing team members.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand People.ai positioning in the market and incorporate learnings in ABM efforts to deliver on pipeline and lead generation targets. 
    • Employ creativity that contributes to innovative orchestrations that stand out, engage ICP audience, and drive NBMs. 
    • Manage communications with West AEs to drive effective alignment and maximum results from ABM orchestration efforts.
    • Work with marketing operations to aggregate campaign data, drive in-depth analysis, report on findings, and suggest optimizations for future campaigns. 

Requirements

      • 3+ years of experience in relevant B2B marketing roles in account-based marketing, demand generation, or field marketing
      • Experience orchestrating multi-channel marketing campaigns that lead prospects from top to bottom of the sales funnel
      • Comfortable coordinating team and resources in a remote environment to achieve goals.
      • Proven execution - can point to multiple examples of delivering results based on self-lead plans that exhibited analytical rigor, resourcefulness, inventiveness, complexity and focus. 
      • Large scale organizational and project management skills with maniacal attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities, people, and tasks simultaneously while successfully driving towards a deadline. 
      • Metrics driven and able to have data-driven and inspiring conversations to tweak as necessary to maximize results.
