UX Designer at SendBird

The Design Team at Sendbird is looking for a visionary UX Designer, Design Systems who can drive our product initiatives!
You will get to have a chance to build the voice of our brand with an intimate collaboration towards all the departments in Sendbird, globally. Our customers are builders, so we put extra care into building the most customer-centric products and relevant materials that focus on the whole experience of our customers.
Our roles for design expands beyond visual design. We create the customer experience, UI, presentations, marketing, visual content, illustrations, videos, tutorials, documents, and any point in a customer's life cycle that touches our brand.
  • Product design systems and documentation work.
  • Design UI to enhance qualitative completion of product.
  • Great communication with relevant departments for building design systems.
  • Educate and disseminate the built design systems to designers
  • 5+ years of experience in UX / UI design
  • Know-how in building design systems with insights
  • Understanding and experience of the UX / UI principle definition
  • Able to produce high-fidelity visual UI
  • Skilled with designing tools (Sketch, Zeplin)
  • English proficiency for business collaboration
  • Good understanding of HTML/CSS /JavaScript
  • Able to create GIF images and edit videos
  • Have knowledge of B2B product or web development
