Senior Product Marketing Manager, Market & Customer Intelligence

Sendbird is hyper focused on building world-class in-app digital interactions APIs that connect users and communities around the globe. The product marketing team aims at high growth and adoption of our products by understanding our markets deeply, and helping our customers understand the potential impact Sendbird can have on their business. We design impactful and unique messages for our campaigns. We work on new product launches, and create engaging content for our events with the product team. We develop innovative ideas for social media campaigns, and collaborate on playbooks and field training with the Sales team. Our product marketers help create the voice of Sendbird and play a key role in how we tell our story.

What you will do

We are looking to add a Product Marketing Manager with a customer and market intelligence focus. You’ll be data driven and will work with sales as well as our customers to identify and evangelize compelling customer successes, and help grow our sales pipeline. 

In this role, you’ll:

  • Identify key customer use cases and business metrics that will help you define the strategy and drive our sales enablement and customer marketing programs
  • Conduct deep win/loss analysis to uncover business trends across different industry segments based on insights you gain from sales data, and through partnerships with sales operations
  • Obsess over things like deal velocity and win/loss rates as success metrics for the programs you drive
  • You’ll work with sales to gather qualitative feedback you’ll use to create sales decks, solution sheets, battle cards, and case studies to train and support them
  • Work with demand gen to help execute ABM campaigns, provide targeted customer intelligence 
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales counterparts to create custom content for campaigns, and promote Sendbird products through customer success stories you write 

This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Head of Product Marketing.

What You Bring

  • BA/BS degree
  • 4-5+ years of relevant experience that can span marketing, product marketing, or product management
  • At least 3 years of product marketing experience at SaaS, infrastructure, or platform companies targeting mid-market or enterprise customers, preferably in a high growth environment
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS and B2B buyer journey and personas (especially at mid-sized and enterprise companies)
  • Analytical, data driven and strategic problem-solving skills with a focus on tactical, practical execution, and driving results
  • Domain expertise in messaging, API technologies, or communication platforms is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the persona/mindset of CTOs, VP Engineering, Product Managers and their key priorities
  • Technical background is a plus. Must feel comfortable working and writing about technical products even if you’re not hands-on.
