Overview
 
The goal of the Journey Product Management team is to deliver motivating and meaningful user experiences that take place before, after, and in-between on-Tonal workouts. These experiences contribute to keeping users engaged on their fitness journeys and retained as members. As a Product Manager working with a feature development squad, you will be responsible for managing tradeoffs between technology, business, and customer needs while building great product. You will also take the lead on managing and reporting on membership engagement and retention.
 
What You Will Do
 
- Be the product lead of a squad consisting of product, design, and engineering
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to realize the product strategy 
- Maintain the squad’s roadmap and socialize it with the rest of the company
- Define and drive projects through the product life cycle
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and customer care to launch and support new features
- Track and measure each release, and feed learnings back into the roadmap
- Be the product lead for membership engagement and retention
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and drive initiatives that retain members 
- Communicate plans and details to stakeholders and execs
 
Who You Are
 
- 2+ years of consumer product management experience in an agile development environment
- Experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, Google Analytics
- Self-starter, proactive, problem-solver, demonstrated team motivator with a bias for action
- Organized and great with backlogs, PRDs, spreadsheets
- Insatiable curiosity for understanding users and defining experiences that exceed expectations
- Great at driving alignment across teams with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to think both strategically and tactically
