Manager of Pricing Strategy

As we expand our portfolio, we are looking for a head of our Pricing and Packaging within our product marketing organization. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, finance, sales, and our revenue operations teams.  

What You’ll Do

        Define global pricing and packaging strategy for the Highspot product portfolio
        Partner closely with executive leadership on our direction and approach
        Develop subject matter expertise on competitive pricing practices and trends, monitor and disseminate changes and analyze business impact
        Work with product management to understand roadmap
        Partner with Sales to provide strategic and analytical support on negotiations
        Collaborate across Product,  Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations and Finance
        Create compelling, customer-facing content that articulates the Highspot value proposition

Your Background

        Strong candidates will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, detail-oriented and will have an ability to work independently.
        3+ years of Pricing, Consulting and/or Corporate Strategy experience
        Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
        Able to analyze data and distill into actionable insights for senior leadership
        High level of attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects at once
        Able to identify and develop solutions to complex problems from a strategic and operational perspective
        Superb communication skills: Capable of communicating concepts clearly and credibly to multiple audiences
