Advertising Sales Research Analyst at ZEFR

Zeft is hiring! We’re seeking an Advertising Research Analyst to join our Zefr Measurement team.   

Reporting to the VP of Measurement, the Advertising Research Analyst plays a critical role within the research team, sales team and broader organization. You will work closely with internal teams to develop custom reporting, support campaign measurement & analysis, identify insights, and drive new value through your knowledge of data and advertising, right here at the epicenter of the exploding digital video industry.


Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Analysis of advertiser campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for best practices and optimization.
  • Develop reports and provide insights to help sales teams be effective and nimble. Create output that tells the story behind the data to non-technical team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand our clients’ business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis, generate creative ideas, research possible solutions, recommend an appropriate solution, lead and/or perform the implementation, and present results.
  • Be the measurement expert across our workstreams.


Here what we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of media research experience at a media agency, digital publisher or data & analytics company.
  • Experience with syndicated media research like Nielsen and ComScore, and third-party measurement solutions like Kantar Millward Brown, Dynata, Nielsen Catalina Solutions. Google Ads and Domo experience a plus. 
  • Understanding of media planning and media math (reach, frequency, audience composition,
  • CPV, CPM, Lift, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint. Python, Alteryx, SQL, Redshift, AWS a plus.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve as well as effectively collaborate with various teams
  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Sciences, Master’s Degree a plus.
