As Zwift’s Social Media Manager, you will be the ultimate people person and personification of the Zwift brand, 100% accountable to the Zwift community and Zwift internal teams for day-to-day operations. You’re the ultimate multi-tasker, who lives, breathes, and sleeps social media. Expect lots of hard work, fun, creative development, and analysis.

The Zwift platform delivers an at-home training game that connects cyclists and runners in over 195 countries and counting! How we’re handling Covid-19:

We are beyond grateful to continue to grow as a company during this unusual time. Our #1 priority is to ensure the health, safety, and sanity of our current and future Watopians. We want to share with you what we’re doing and what you can expect.

Since March, all of our Watopians have been working remotely and will continue to do so until we know it is safe to collaborate in person again. As you go through the virtual interview process, don't be alarmed if children or pets make a guest appearance. We won't think twice if we get to meet members of your family. If we are fortunate to welcome you to the team, we will get you all the necessary equipment, hardware, and furniture needed to get you ergonomically set up and productive at home.

Work From Home (WFH) life can be challenging in many ways. We have and will continue to take steps that ease some of the burden for our Watopians including:

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a global network of community managers to foster and grow the organic social media audience
  • Use social media best practices & Zwift specific insights to support marketing campaigns & respond to briefs
  • Help develop insights based on metrics pulled for weekly reporting & metrics reports
  • Liaise with Customer Support, QA, and Product team to ensure the latest, most update information is communicated in social responses
  • Approve social copy and creative to ensure it follows best practice and resonates with the community
  • Works closely with growth marketing managers and creative team to ensure timely delivery of content according to planned in-market dates

What we’re looking for:

  • +4 years of experience
  • Expert in organic social media tools & platforms and high-level knowledge of paid media
  • Experience managing teams either directly or indirectly
  • Social copywriting and editing experience
  • Proven ability to manage and respond to community red flags

Bonus points:

  • Previous Community Management experience
  • Adobe Suite Knowledge
  • Passion for cycling, triathlon, running, and/or sports in general
