As the People Operations Manager, you will have a high impact on Entelo's culture – spearheading programs that empower and engage our employees to do meaningful work. You will serve as trusted partner to senior leadership on all employee related matters. This role will own all aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, benefits, compensation, performance management, employee relations and compliance. 

What you'll be doing: 

  • Act as an Entelo culture champion, working closely with employees and department leaders to provide programs and resources that enable an engaged team while supporting the company's business objectives 
  • Work closely with finance, IT and office operations to ensure the best possible employee experience
  • Partner with people managers on recruiting, onboarding, growth and development, organizational design and offboarding of their team
  • Ensure programs and processes are in compliance with current laws and regulations and assist with all recurring audits for benefits & retirement plans, payroll, and other People Operations processes.
  • Maintain and update data across multiple systems, ensuring a high degree of accuracy
  • Deliver engaging and scalable ways to support employee inquiries 

Your background:

  • 5 years of experience in HR / People Operations
  • Expansive knowledge of current HR and associated employment practices and laws
  • A self-starter who thrives working with a high level of autonomy -- taking a project and running with it
  • Excellent integrity, judgment, and ability to build trust at all organizational levels
  • Experience maintaining HRIS systems
