What you’ll do

  • Oversee day-to-day engagement with our biopharma partners to deliver high quality work that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Manage customer timelines and deliverables, study protocols, and resolve all customer requests and issues.
  • Problem solve and collaborate cross-functionally with product, research, sales, and operations teams to identify opportunities to improve existing product offerings and partnership strategy.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and standardization across customers to scale up AllStripes’ customer delivery function.
  • Be a subject matter expert on AllStripes’ platform and represent our capabilities to advance the research priorities of our biopharma partners.
  • Ensure smooth customer transition from sales team and continuously educate sales team on contracting strategy.

Who you are

  • Self starter, excellent problem solver, highly results oriented.
  • 4+ years of experience in life sciences customer facing roles in companies such as life sciences-oriented consulting firms, healthcare focused analytics firms, and healthcare technology companies.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams, balancing needs and priorities from both groups.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple client interactions and deadlines simultaneously.
