About the Job:

We are seeking a VP, Product Technology Operations to join the LiveIntent team, and be responsible for setting direction and driving major strategic and product initiatives. This individual will be responsible for the operational discipline, program management, processes and methodology and making sure our resources are deployed efficiently and effectively. As a VP, Production Operations you will oversee product strategy implementation, build roadmaps, and coordinate our product development efforts. You’ll align Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Data Science, Project Management and vendor leaders on a daily basis. The ability to listen, empathize and drive change cross-functionally while holding a seat at the senior leadership table will be the key to success in this role. 


As a member of our global product management team you will leverage your ad tech industry experience and deep knowledge of engineering processes to provide business context and customer perspective, engage directly with customers and cross-functional teams and advise and lead development and business teams to make informed decisions regarding the product roadmap. 



  • Deep understanding of the ad tech landscape including 1st party, 2nd party, and 3rd party data usage and integrations - this includes the ability to closely interact and collaborate with engineering, product, project management, product marketing, sales and other stakeholders across the business 
  • Operate mature LiveIntent’s Products apply innovative ideas to perfect them
  • Passionate about developing people on the team and cross-functionally 
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on the go-to-market strategy and channel the voice of the customer into the product 
  • Communicate the strategic product agenda across the organization by ensuring the priorities address the product strategy and resources are distributed appropriately
  • Oversee stakeholder engagement and cross-collaboration between Engineering, Data Science, Product, Product Marketing, Project Management and the RevOrg (sales & client support)
  • Move products from “beta” to a “revenue generator”
  • Establish key performance metrics and measurements to be implemented to predictable delivery of product and ensure continuous improvement 
  • Define, prioritize and execute a flow of product enhancements and operational improvements designed to enhance revenue and efficiency
  • Build, maintain and manage relationships with outsourced global parties
  • Given the global nature of this leadership role, will need to be flexible to join calls in the early morning hours to work with international teams  



  • A Bachelor’s degree is required. A technical degree is preferred. 
  • A minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in product/project management and development in AdTech or MarTech company; at least one role with hands on Engineering work along with experience in Product Operations or Program Management
  • Demonstrate strong detailed technical AdTech or MarTech knowledge with the ability to clearly communicate these details 
  • Experience working in a global team is strongly preferred
  • Ability to lead projects end to end to meet internal and external client commitments 
  • Experience leading product development teams through all areas of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to post-release iteration
  • Big picture thinking while delivering iterative, impactful improvements in a fast-paced, continuous-release Agile environment
  • Organized with rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive "can-do" approach
  • Leads with trust, willing to listen while also balancing the need to drive change 
  • Track record of complex and creative problem-solving, and the desire to create and build new businesses
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary
  • Ability to work well with a variety of people ranging in various technical levels
  • Willingness to travel to EU and Moscow, when possible and necessary
