ZEFR is hiring!  We are seeking a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to join our team!  At Zefr, we’re pioneering the world of contextual video advertising. We’re seeking hardworking and talented professionals who love to solve interesting and challenging data problems while revolutionizing the global impact of the digital video ecosystem. Our Product Managers lead cross-functional squads that build products that our customers love. By deeply understanding our customers and working closely with stakeholders, we seek to uncover opportunities and then work with our squads to provide unique and impactful solutions. 

Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Lead cross-functional squads of engineers, designers, and data scientists to drive Zefr’s best-of-breed contextual data platform
  • Become an expert in our data and customers to find new opportunities and drive new feature development from start to finish
  • Run data-driven experiments to inform product direction
  • Design and spec product features and capabilities to achieve customer outcomes 
  • Set clear expectations with internal stakeholders and gain buy-in to move forward on new ideas and opportunities in the market
  • Champion new approaches to product management within the team and with stakeholders
  • Support sales and customer success with new and current customers
  • Coordinate with the Product team to release features across various products/services
  • Bring a ruthless mentality to prioritization and making tactical trade-offs

Here's what we're looking for:

  • 3-5+ years experience building products, ideally in advertising technology
  • An established track record of bringing new enterprise software products to market
  • Professional experience with rigorous Product Management processes, frameworks, and templates 
  • Strong empathic focus on our customers
  • Deep knowledge of the programmatic advertising industry 
  • Prioritization of outcomes over outputs  
  • Willingness to jump in and solve hard problems with intense curiosity 
  • A strong passion for data (both qualitative and quantitative)
  • Ability to learn/understand complex technical systems/processes and explain them to customers and senior leaders in terms they understand
  • Real-world experience using SQL and BI Tools (Domo, Tableau, etc)
