Programmatic Ad Ops Account Manager at Timehop

We now offer this mobile advertising platform–called Nimbus–as a service to third-party mobile applications to power their programmatic advertising needs. 
We’re looking for an All-Star Account Manager to help streamline Publisher/Client onboarding as well as help Timehop around Ad Operations. 
You will be a pivotal touchpoint on all new sales inbounds for publisher accounts. Your role will help facilitate the ease and transition starting from post-sales to onboarding to maintenance. Communication and creative thinking is a must! As the primary contact and liaison, you will provide weekly/bi-weekly cadence with high tier clients. You’ll be responsible for managing expectations and help troubleshoot any technical or operational issues. Your role will have the need to process and analyze reports and require to take action with the data transcribed. 
You will have the opportunity to forge strong relationships with clients, build trust, understand objectives and communicate as a consultative partner. You’ll be recommending best strategies and will be required to illustrate how Nimbus fits into those strategies, etc. Your role will require you to comprehend, identify and take action on publisher/app behavior/patterns. 


    • Manage and grow a roster of publisher in-app accounts by offering outstanding service and strategic recommendations.
    • Responsible for relationship management of existing deals and clients.
    • Work closely with the programmatic sales and operations team to rapidly onboard new customers.
    • Work with engineering to troubleshoot/resolve technical issues.
    • Build, maintain and manage relationships with SSPs, DSPs, networks, and all demand sources.
    • Generate client performance reports
    • Analyze performance of publisher supply and think of ways to increase spend.


    • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies.
    • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
    • Expertise in working with SSPs, RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms is a plus.
    • Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets.
    • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment.
    • Eagerness to work in a dynamic environment that will be rapidly changing.
    • Professional demeanor. Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • 2-4 years’ experience in digital advertising, with at least 1-2 years in programmatic media at a major publisher, agency or programmatic technology company.
    • BS or BA required & advanced degree desirable.
