About the Job: 

LiveIntent is looking for a Sales Engineer who will work with our customers to “make the magic happen” with LiveIntent’s suite of Identity products. This individual will serve as the link between Sales and Product to deliver and implement world leading identity products to our customers in addition to helping them become successful with the services we provide. The Sales Engineers at LiveIntent are able to explain how the technology can be employed to solve business problems in an effective manner with any audience ranging from developers to executives, while also communicating the value we bring while achieving positive results.



  • Participate on and advise our Business Development and Sales teams during the sales cycle
  • Work with the Product team in various stages of the product release cycle, from requirements gathering to release and UAT
  • Serve as a resource for the Sales team to answer technical questions for the client during the pre-sales and post sales processes
  • Implement solutions for the customer to ensure their success within the LiveIntent ecosystem
  • Advise and assist with integrations and tests with other Adtech systems and data management platforms
  • Propose product enhancements and features to meet client needs
  • Provide general technical expertise about the entire digital ad ecosystem
  • Perform technical presentations to clients as needed
  • Translate client requests into business and functional requirements



  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a technical service environment
  • Reinforced familiarity with ad serving and trouble-shooting ad tags
  • Substantial experience with cross-device and identity data and data onboarding services
  • Intermediate understanding of client CRM data and PII issues
  • Knowledge in working with Amazon AWS tools and at least one programming and scripting language such as: JavaScript, PHP, Python, C++, or C#
  • Experience with data providers from a targeting, attribution, and analytics standpoint
  • Ability to actively problem solve, guide to resolution, and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment
