Strategic Planning Director at LiveIntent

About the Job:

LiveIntent is looking for a Strategic Planning Director who will work cross-functionally across all of our departments and manage the objectives and key results (OKRs) to track our corporate vision’s progress. This individual will work with the CEO and the Chief of Staff to create and maintain a flexible system of tracking corporate, department, and individual OKRs independent of the company’s systems and softwares dedicated to our initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to track and drive prioritization, visibility, and execution of core business initiatives
  • Acknowledge potential ambiguity and drive for clear ownership to improve organizational efficiency through streamlined workflows and automated processes 
  • Ensure the CEO and Chief of Staff are updated on the progress of significant Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across the company, while supporting our consistent focus on our most important priorities to promote transparency
  • Work closely with the Project Management Organization to ensure they have the support needed in collecting and managing OKRs 
  • Act as a bridge both to and from LiveIntent’s official OKR system/team and from the CEO to different departments 
  • Ensure deadlines are being met, results are measurable, projects are properly staffed and questions are answered at every level of the company
  • Build and maintain updates and ensure information is accurate and easily accessible to the organization

 

Qualifications: 

  • A minimum of 8 years experience in strategy development, strategic planning or similar role
  • Experience working with OKRs or another standardized tool for management of complex organizations
  • Dexterity with organizational structure and prioritization across departments
  • Understanding of how ad-tech, mar-tech, and Identity offerings impact the modern digital publishing and marketing ecosystem
  • Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive initiatives for multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work with and learn new platforms such as Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent communication skills, specifically written communication
  • Skilled in getting executive feedback and translating into actionable changes
