Managing Director, Poland at ZEFR

Zefr is growing! Zefr is the only video-level contextual targeting company on YouTube, official partner of the YouTube Measurement Program partner for Brand Suitability & Contextual Targeting, and this year we became a Facebook Marketing partner.  Zefr’s Contextual Data Platform captures, organizes, and activates brands nuanced contextual preferences into scaled and effective targeting on the world’s largest platforms.

We’re looking for a first hire for the Netherlands as part of our EMEA growth strategy.  This person will report into VP EMEA ,working with the biggest agencies and advertisers in the region, building Zefr’s profile and selling our self serve brand suitability products.


Here’s what you’ll get to do:

  • Work with the leadership team to help shape and drive the sales strategy for your region
  • Work closely with our product, marketing and commercial teams to ensure we are maximizing opportunities and that we are shaping our proposition in line with market and client expectations
  • Collect and feedback market reaction to Zefr tools in order to establish product fit for local markets
  • Focus on driving growth from new business across brands and agencies in your region
  • Drive regional sales at agencies through global partnership agreements with holding companies
  • Build a profitable business and scale a team in your region


Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience selling programmatic/video/digital products (from trader to C-level) or comparable SaaS solutions to agencies. YouTube experience a plus
  • Exposure and given relations to relevant people in the media agency industry in Poland
  • You have an outstanding “sales nature” with very strong communication & presentation skills
  • Your English is on a native level
  • Very hands-on, you love “getting your hands dirty“
  • Strong commitment to beating sales targets, a positive attitude and incredible work ethic
  • Based on extreme ambition and drive, it is a no-brainer for you to act pro-actively and independently
  • You are able to very quickly adapt to changing circumstances
  • Ability to work independently in your region, then to grow a team after establishing customer demand
