Reporting to our COO and working in regular collaboration with our Founder/CEO, the Revenue Strategy & Operations leader will work cross functionally to create new strategies to optimize our insurance (pharmacy & medical) monetization. In this role, you will bear critical responsibilities for defining our revenue opportunities and strengthening our prioritization, execution, and risk management. 

This is a big job -- you will help guide the majority of our revenue today and have an opportunity to help our industry evolve how we work with payers and benefits programs. Ultimately, you will help us drive a key pillar of our business strategy: extend access to great women’s health through integration with and reimbursement from healthcare payers.


  • Identify and develop new strategies to optimize our pharmacy insurance monetization 
  • Build credibility, relationships, and visibility for the Pill Club in strategic industry forums - including identifying partners, lobbying, etc
  • Frame our insurance monetization model, defining key drivers and leading team to focus on critical areas of opportunity
  • Embrace complexity and long term initiatives and put strategy and structure around them
  • Learn Market Access best practices and amplify across internal stakeholders like pharmacy and legal
  • Help define the future team needed to deliver your strategies, considering how to leverage outside experts/consultants and internal subject matter experts to achieve your goals
  • Partnering with our CMO and Director of New Business, own monetization drivers that pave the way for GTM in new business areas
  • Clearly communicate wins and successes as well as risks, roadblocks, and deal breakers to CEO/COO/Executive team
  • Inspire passion for our mission across the company


  • 8+ years of experience across business strategy and operations roles
  • Experience in healthcare with an understanding of insurance-based business models
  • Natural “people person” who can quickly build trust and relationships
  • Experience managing and nurturing metrics-driven teams
  • Business athlete who delights in wearing many hats and learning quickly 
  • Master of prioritization and multitasking, with a bias to action
  • Maturity and seasoning to guide strategy and manage risk around majority of our revenue, with regular interaction with senior stakeholders
  • Track record of ambition and excellence through educational and professional endeavors
  • High integrity team player
  • 2+ years of management consulting or similar experience preferred

This is a full-time position, mostly onsite in San Mateo, CA - when offices reopen.
