It’s an exciting time to join LeanData! We are expanding our growth marketing team and are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to help move the business forward.
As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you are responsible for driving quality demand to fill the sales pipeline. You define and identify target segments and develop, plan, execute and measure integrated marketing programs to move the business forward. You are measured on pipeline goals for new business and upsell/cross-sell growth.
This role is available remotely in CA, GA, CO, NY, NV or WA only. You could also work from our Santa Clara, CA offices.

What you'll be doing:

    • Manage overall demand generation and growth strategy, programs, and budget.
    • Define, plan and execute integrated demand generation programs and ABM through multiple channels including email, webinars, digital, nurture, etc.
    • Partner with the ADR team to ensure quality demand delivery and follow-up according to established SLAs.
    • Create a feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes in conjunction with the revenue operations team
    • Own analytics across our marketing campaigns and platforms to closely monitor conversion rates, measure success, and continuously optimize for maximum ROI
    • Leverage Marketo and SFDC expertise, as well as your strong writing skills, to self-execute campaigns
    • Build strong working relationships with key internal groups, including sales, account development, sales enablement, revenue operations, customer success, and product teams


    • 3+ years of experience in developing and executing successful B2B demand generation programs and digital campaigns
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
    • Proven track record in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment; willing to roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done
    • Excellent understanding of data to drive impactful actions
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with high-quality, timely execution
    • Demonstrated proficiency and/or certification in Marketo and Salesforce a plus
    • BA/BS degree or higher required
