Job Description:

Work with internal and external partners to create and execute strategic PR program, including trend pitches, media events, thought leadership, social media and executive visibility of the company as the drone-safety provider during stadium events in which questions and concerns arise by the use of drones in these venues. In order to create the strategic PR program, the public relations specialist will define the audience (e.g. earned media, owned audiences, and paid audiences) determine the company’s public relations goals, detail the key topics and message to be addressed, determine which groups are need to communicate with, and create and distribution plan.

Maintain all public-facing marketing communications, including social media accounts, newsletters, and general marketing activities where there are concerns that stray signals from anti-drone defenses, depending on how they’re used, could interfere with cellphones or radios, possibly affecting heart monitors or airplane navigation equipment.

Develop media materials, social media content and executive briefing documents. Build strong media relationships different audiences such as general public, financial community, customers, and government by understanding each of these groups’ philosophies and perspectives.

Manage media inquiries and interview requests related to new products such as Airspace Galaxy™ which is the first family of fully-automated, always-on airspace security solutions that accelerate the integration of drones into cities and protects people and property — on the ground and in the air — from clueless, careless or criminal drone operators.

Use market research to plan the public relations projects by studying channels, brand, competitors, and supporting messaging or awareness campaigns helping manage the company’s positive reputation.

Evaluate advertising and promotion programs to determine whether they are compatible with their organization’s public relations efforts.

Create content, communicate directly with the public to build the company’s name preparing real time examples and explain in a clear and informative manner the key elements of the company’s products to demonstrate the essential need of drone-safety systems within the stadiums and other similar venues.

Determine the most effective way to communicate publicity information to the clientele.
