Our new marketing leader will combine B2B product marketing expertise, product management techniques, and a revenue focus to help us earn global customers. You will be Alitheon’s reference for our coherent, contract-ready solution. You should be energized by flipping the usual script for B2B software – we offer totally new digital value without disrupting existing sites or customer processes.

Director of B2B Product Marketing

How you will help us grow

  • Own Alitheon’s customer-facing product framework, standardizing our repeatable elements
  • Build our book of proof points: customer economics, case studies, industry advocates
  • Stay in tune with our prospects, customers, and partners. Know what change means to them.
  • Create, edit, and iterate high-quality content for both general and manufacturing audiences
  • Link our products, services, and onboarding programs together into a clear customer journey that translates to revenue and deployment success
  • Manage product-driven partnerships: run certifications, readiness, and sales campaigns with technology partners (AWS, Microsoft), integrators, and consultants
  • Run social or lead gen campaigns personally and via external partners. Make the messages.


Your skills we need

  • 8+ years of experience owning product marketing, product management or solution sales functions for enterprise-class software, SaaS, or devices
  • Great navigation of B2B software stacks – pricing, licensing, support, contracting, and extension points
  • Sales acumen, especially an understanding of the buying behaviors of automotive, aerospace, electronics, defense, or other industries based on engineered products
  • Hands-on success within a startup and/or a new business unit launching new products for B2B markets
  • A passion for high-impact communications and an ROI mindset for the use of digital media tools (content, SEO, lead gen, agency services)
  • Conversational ability to influence key audiences including customers, partners, analysts, media
