As the lead content writer, you’ll develop, manage, and execute  People.ai’s content strategy.  You’ll tell the People.ai story across a range of channels including website, email, and social media.  You’ll also work closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation and Sales Enablement to deliver polished written assets that build brand awareness, generate product interest, and increase win rates.  


    • Develop a prioritized list of content topics based on customer research, cross-functional input and SEO keyword analysis
    • Build and maintain a content calendar to support demand generation, sales enablement and new product introduction (NPI) 
    • Source and manage a team of contract writers to deliver assets described in the content calendar on time and on spec
    • Develop and maintain style guides to ensure content consistency across writers
    • Research and produce high quality long-form content such as white papers and trade articles 
    • Write clear marketing copy to be included in email, social posts, and on the website
    • Proofread and edit content written by others 


    • 5 years of experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or Editor
    • Portfolio of published articles
    • Experience doing research using multiple sources
    • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
    • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
    • Proven track record for meeting deadlines
    • Degree in English, Journalism or related field
