Position Overview

Resilinc product is cloud-based SaaS platform. The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for managing the SaaS platform over the cloud. He is responsible for planning and delivering infrastructure enhancement projects, ensuring uptime of the platform as per the SLAs and handling the infrastructure team. Ideal candidate should have handled SaaS infrastructure over cloud for at least 3 years. He/She should be well versed with the relevant technologies. This position reports into VP of Engineering and based out of Pune.

Experience: 12+ Years

Qualification: BE/ BTECH/MCA/MSC/BSC
Primary Responsibilities

    Continuous monitoring of Infrastructure (24 x 7)
    Scheduling & Managing 24x7 support from the infrastructure team
    Addressing any downtime/production issues on SOS basis
    Hands-on technical guidance to the team
    Keeping abreast with the evolving technologies, tools in cloud domain
    Finding opportunities to automate otherwise repetitive tasks
    Planning & executing Infrastructure improvement projects
    Auditing the usage & ensuring the infrastructure is efficiently used

Required Skills

    12+ years of software Infrastructure experience
    Unix system administration capabilities, hands-on scripting, SQL queries
    Relational & non-relational database handling, Hadoop
    Webservers, firewalls, load balancer handling
    Experience in handling micro services deployments, docker, Kafka, etc.
    Good understanding of cloud vendors (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
    Should have managed team of infrastructure engineers.
    Should have exposure of large set of automation tools & open-source tools
    Site Reliability Engineering experience will be added advantage

 
Travel

Occasional travel to the US may be required.
