We are searching for experienced and driven SaaS Business Development Representatives to build pipeline and grow our business.  BDR's will consistently attain targeted meeting and Opportunity metrics.

This is a remote position based in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate prospective customers on supply chain risks
  • Expand awareness, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence
  • Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
  • Effectively partner and work with internal teams 
  • Develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools
  • Schedule appointments and demos 
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections to a meeting
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
  • Document all prospect or client interactions in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management
  • Stay up to date with our products and pricing/payment plans
  • Act as the subject matter expert for basic product solution

Requirements

  • Proven 2-3 years of work experience as a successful BDR, SDR, Account management, or similar role
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools: Connect and Sell, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, PhoneBurner
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques and sales performance metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
  • Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Strong and professional communication skills - written, verbal, presentation
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Self-starter and team player
  • BS/BA degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
