About the Role

We are a high-growth company in a fast-growing market, we have big ambitions, and we are expanding our Revenue L&D team. In this role, you will be joining the Revenue L&D leadership team reporting to the Sr. Director, Revenue L&D.  The Revenue L&D function at Highspot is an integral part of the company. Our mission is to empower Highspot’s customer-facing teams with the most effective knowledge and content to accelerate revenue growth.
What You'll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the global strategy & team responsible for onboarding at Highspot. In addition to programming designed for all new Highspot employees, GTM onboarding programs are required to support new GTM employees across their first 12 months of tenure with both live and digital learning experiences. The Sr. Director of Global Onboarding is responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, cross-functional collaboration, scaled global experiences and the ongoing strategy and measurement of onboarding programs. This position requires platform & experience innovation that sets the standard for the industry and provides a basis for thought leadership in the space. 


    • Lead global onboarding strategy and ongoing innovation of onboarding programs & experiences
    • Develop & grow onboarding team to design, develop and deliver on exceptional programmatic learning experiences and digital learning design that drive effectiveness and attainment
    • Develop a deep understanding of the priorities, critical issues, skills gaps, opportunities, and objectives for success across audiences that influence onboarding approach
    • Partner with GTM leadership, Audience Enablement, Product Marketing and other cross functional teams to drive alignment, evaluate effectiveness and review ongoing feedback and measurement
    • Work effectively across all teams and executive leaders to navigate complex projects and define priorities that foster collaboration and innovation.
    • Drive onboarding measurement strategy and communicated progress across GTM leadership
    • Act as thought leader on onboarding best practices and Highspot x Highspot examples of foundational programs, efficient scale, digital learning and ongoing measurement, 
    • Drive program  innovation across  learning design & delivery that maximize engagement, drives outcomes and reduces ramp time across GTM teams
    • Source and communicate feedback to the product team on trends in the market and within the enablement community.
    • Develop long-term processes, and procedures to ensure we scale effectively with our approaches and techniques. 
    • Build and maintain a strong working knowledge of our platform, core personas, competitive landscape, and existing offerings to support the team, identify gaps and initiate solutions
    • Become a platform expert, leveraging Highspot technology and innovative programming to drive results 
    • Be able to identify, prioritize and execute on both tactical and strategic projects.
    • Use Highspot analytics to identify opportunities and evaluate the impact of your initiatives through KPIs


    • 5+ years of experience in learning, sales training and/or sales enablement
    • 3+ years of experience in team leadership, setting & executing on strategy and creating alignment with business priorities preferred
    • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels, including high levels of cross-functional partnerships and executive & GTM messaging
    • Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
    • Quick to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-starter - you can take an initiative and hit the ground running with little to no direction
    • Experience working with Executive leadership and senior-level sales/GTM leaders
    • Experience designing programs and initiatives that are aligned with business strategy
    • Innovative content & program design, development and delivery experience
