Resilinc End-to-End Supply Chain Risk Management Solutions - Resilinc
This role will be accountable for operational activities as requested by the Head of Compliance International GPSC, Service Centers and Investigations or by Head of International Compliance.
She/ he will also be an administrative support for the entire International Compliance and will work closely with the Local and Regional Legal and Compliance colleagues.
Experience: 3+ Years
Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience in IT and /or Security
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Draft and revise company policies and Procedures
Support in performing risk assessments,
Support in drafting and keeping updated the relevant International Policies and Procedures,
Support in drafting training materials with the scope to create and maintain the awareness and knowledge among Resilinc employees on the Company’s compliance policies and procedures,
Support in drafting Compliance communication materials to create and maintain awareness among Cardinal Health employees on the Company’s compliance requirements
Support in keeping records of data and documentation such as: policies, monitoring activities, communication delivered, training presentation developed, training delivered and list of attendees, etc.
Support in performing audit on transfer of values to Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and Healthcare Organizations (HCO) e.g.:
Proactively participate in audit processes, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses
Support in performing any other kind of compliance audit
Support in creating, managing, and keeping update the International Compliance intranet page and/ or internet page
At least 3 years of proven experience in a Legal compliance or relative role.
Experience in GDPR, NIST Framework, ISO 27001-27002, Service Organization trust service criteria (SOC 1 2) is preferred
Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
Integrity and professional ethics
