Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Director of Technology Services who wants to raise the standard of healthcare with us -  for everyone. This mission has brought our company to a point of hyper growth. As a result we are on a transformational journey that will enable us to scale our technology services delivery while offering those services with a relentless focus on user experience. To lead us through this transformation, we are looking for a Sr. Director, Technology Services who will bring an innovative mindset while still being grounded in standard processes, and building a business partner oriented service management culture. 
This individual will report to the CIO and work with him on technology strategy / roadmap as well as with their peers on information security topics, business engagement, IT operations, and portfolio management.


      • Own overall delivery of technology services and projects on IT roadmap
      • Lead technology services teams for IT Engineering / Corporate Applications, Salesforce, and Infrastructure (networking and telephony) with focus on standardized day-to-day delivery and forward-looking automation / innovation
      • Provide technical leadership to these teams and act as consultative technology partner to our business functions
      • Drive cross-functional process automation and orchestration to improve user experience and to increase scalability, leveraging industry-standard technology / platforms
      • Bring a product management / service management approach to our teams and lead the charge with relentless focus on user experience
      • Develop and manage portfolio / service catalog and related best practice service management processes / playbooks to ensure the effective and proactive delivery and management of IT services
      • Implement a performance management process, including a set of key performance indicators
      • Provide regular communication to our business partners aligning with them about ongoing and planned delivery of services
      • Drive appropriate risk management and quality assurance processes as part of the service delivery model
      • Serve as escalation path for all technology services initiatives and related issues
      • Drive budget planning process and ongoing budget management for technology service delivery, supported by our operations and procurement functions


    • 10+ years of experience in technology roles and 7+ years of experience building teams, implementing best practices, and transforming technology delivery
    • University degree in relevant field, Masters’ in Computer Science / IT Management desired
    • Experience with relevant technologies such as large-scale corporate applications (e.g. Salesforce, Slack), modern infrastructure (IaC), telephony & omnichannel solutions (e.g. NICE), and endpoint management (e.g. JAMF)
    • Experience with process automation and orchestration, and relevant technologies / platforms (e.g. ServiceNow)
    • User experience and product management background is a strong plus
    • Consultative / advisory background, working with operational leaders on re-inventing critical business processes through digitalization, is a strong plus
    • Track record of continuous improvement, e.g. standardizing delivery processes and investing in innovative solutions / automation
    • Ability to influence all levels of the organization and to drive to decisions in a complex, multi-functional environment
    • Capability to determine priorities and juggle multiple demands while advancing key deliverables
    • Data-driven decision maker with diplomatic yet direct problem-solving skills
    • Entrepreneurial core; ability to innovate, think in unexpected ways, and solve problems creatively
