Education: BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, related fields, or equivalent practical experience.

 

Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant. Preferably 10 years
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

●Concurrently own and drive a wide variety of projects (ranging from tactical quick-win projects to large transformational programs) from start to completion.

●Participate in the sales cycle when requested to gather requirements, formulate delivery approach, and develop a proposal/SOW

●Create and maintain customer specific project plans, ensure resources are scheduled accordingly to complete tasks, and manage client expectations

●Manage and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

●Perform risk management to minimize project risks

●Ensure the client can serve as a reference upon completing their implementation

●Research and learn about any changes in the supply chain field pertaining to software.

●Provide clear communication to team members and C-level executives.

●Communicate and work closely with customers to answer technical questions via email or phone.

●Review and explain all technical documents to project stakeholders.

●Interface with internal and external clients with a high level of professionalism and ability to convey recommendations to maximize success.

●Manage administrative portions of project delivery from inception to closure.

●Capture and communicate experiences in formal post-mortem - relaying best practices, customer experience and resource feedback
Requirements:

●Minimum 5 years, 10 years preferred, of hands-on experience managing delivery projects for a Software, Technology or SaaS company

●Creativity in discovering actionable results and ability to succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced, global environment.

●Ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.

●Proven track record of collaborating and building relationships with C-level executives.

●PMP or equivalent professional certification.

●Outstanding relationship management, customer service and communication skills in a variety of forms (written, conference calls, presentations)

●Proven track record of managing customer escalations, balancing customer expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions

●Highly data-driven with a commitment to following the process

●Excited about driving and tracking a consistent engagement process with all customers in your portfolio

●Team player with the highest level of integrity, who will innovate to continue improving the way we serve our customers

●Experience with supply chain management solutions is a plus

●Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

●Flexibility for travel up to 20%
