Experience: 10+ Years
Qualification: MBA or relevant qualification
Responsibilities:
Running Product Operations with strict adherence to SLAs covering Resilinc products like EventWatch, CommodityWatch, etc.
Handle team that is spread across geographies & countries
Develop deep understanding of product functionality and business use cases
Set team’s KPIs & closely monitor the same
Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiencies & processes
Close collaboration with stakeholders across functions
Spot opportunities to automate otherwise mundane tasks, collaborate & negotiate with technical teams to get it automated
Handle escalations on immediate basis irrespective of time of the day
Periodic management reports & reviews
People Management: performance reviews, defining & implementing effective team structure, hiring talent, developing internal talent, cost effective management of operations
Skills required:
10+ years of Operational Management experience with technical background
In depth understanding of Product Operations
Team management
Client / customer handling
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Content writing, content editing experience is desired
Supply chain knowledge is a desired
