About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Professional Services Engineer.
For this position, you’ll need to be very technical, and have a great understanding of the CI/CD process and the testing universe.
If you are also customer-oriented and have excellent communication skills, we would like to meet you.
What you have
Experience in at least one of the following positions: Professional Services, Post Sales Engineer, Technical Account Management or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention, Support of external customers
2 years of hands-on experience in integrating tools during pre-sales and/or post-sales
A background in various DevOps build and testing processes
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Eager to learn, highly focused on the target, results-oriented
Passionate about problem-solving
Working US hours
Extra edge
Background in .NET, JS, or Python
CI/CD tools such as Jenkins/Gitlab
Experience in working with enterprise customers
Knowledge of Docker containers
